Regulation 4
Application of Part
This Part applies only to chargeable consent relating to —
(a)
a development or a subdivision of any land not mentioned in section 9(2) of the Act; or
(b)
a development or subdivision in respect of which no election under section 9(3)(a) of the Act is made by all taxable persons concerned.
