Regulation 3
Prescribed percentage of increase in value of any land
For the purposes of section 8 of the Act, the prescribed percentage of the increase in the value of land likely to accrue from the giving of a chargeable consent in relation to a development of any land is as follows:
(a)
100% in the case of a development mentioned in section 8(2)(a) or (b) of the Act;
(b)
70% in any other case.
