52. Amendment of section 2

In the Road Traffic Act 1961 (called in this Part the RTA), in section 2(1) —

in the definition of “de‑registered vehicle”, replace “section 27(1)” with “section 31A(1) or (3), and not reinstated under section 31B(1)”; and

after the definition of “tricycle”, insert —“ “unregistered vehicle” means a vehicle that is not registered under this Act, but excludes a de‑registered vehicle;”.
