63. Amendment of section 11

In the RTA, in section 11(6) —

in paragraph (a), after “rebate”, insert “or refund”;

in paragraph (a), after “payable”, insert “or paid (as applicable)”; and

in paragraph (b), replace “the methods for determining the amount of the rebate” with “refund (including different methods for determining the amount of the rebate or refund)”.
