Regulation 11
Summary of defence
Subregulation 1
A respondent may serve a summary of defence on the Medical Council no later than 10 days before the date of the pre‑hearing conference mentioned in rule 10(2)(b).
Subregulation 2
Where a respondent serves a summary of defence on the Medical Council, the respondent must, at the same time, submit the summary of defence to the Disciplinary Tribunal.
