Preparation of agreed documents

Regulation 16
All the parties must, no later than 5 days before the first hearing date, jointly prepare the following:
(a)
a statement of agreed facts;
(b)
an agreed bundle of documents, comprising every document or exhibit in respect of which parties are agreed as to authenticity.
