Regulation 15
Subregulation 1
Without affecting rules 12 and 13, the Disciplinary Tribunal may give the parties directions relating to the conduct of the inquiry by way of a letter.
Subregulation 2
A letter containing the directions of the Disciplinary Tribunal must be signed by a member of the Secretariat of the Disciplinary Commisision.
