Warning may be administered where party hampers inquiry

Regulation 27
Subregulation 1
If the Disciplinary Tribunal is satisfied that any party or any party’s counsel is hampering or attempting to hamper the progress of the inquiry, the chairman of the Disciplinary Tribunal may administer a warning to the party or party’s counsel, as the case may be.
Subregulation 2
If after such warning the Disciplinary Tribunal is satisfied that the warning is being disregarded, the Disciplinary Tribunal must make a written note of this and proceed with and complete the inquiry in any manner which it thinks fit.
