Regulation 45
Upon the application of any interested party and payment of the applicable fee specified in the Second Schedule, the Board may furnish that party with a transcript of the notes of any investigation by a Complaints Committee and its findings, the Board’s decision or a copy of any document tendered at a hearing by the Committee under this Part.
