Regulation 44
Subregulation 1
The Board may, upon considering the report of the Complaints Committee, either —
(a)
accept the recommendation and make the recommended order;
(b)
require the Committee to reconvene to consider further evidence and to meet for that purpose; or
(c)
make such other order as the Board thinks fit.
Subregulation 2
The respondent shall be given no less than 14 days’ notice of any further hearing convened by the Complaints Committee under paragraph (1)(b).
Subregulation 3
The Board shall notify the respondent concerned and the person who made the complaint or gave the information, if any, of its decision.
Subregulation 4
The Board may announce any order made in such terms as the Board may approve.
