reg 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Pharmacists Registration (Registration of Pharmacists) Regulations 2013 and shall come into operation on 5th March 2013.

reg 2Definition

In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires, “medical practitioner” means a person registered under the Medical Registration Act (Cap. 174).
