8. Consideration of applications by Council
Feedback & supportOn receipt of an application referred to in regulation 7, the Registrar shall refer the application to the Council for consideration.
Except with the leave of the Council, the applicant shall not appear before the Council on the consideration of the application.
The Council shall consider the application in private and may, if it thinks fit, adjourn the consideration to a future date or require the applicant to be examined by medical practitioners to be appointed by the Council.
