Regulation 10
Certificate of good standing
The Council may, upon the application made by a registered pharmacist in such form as the Council may require and accompanied by the appropriate fee specified in the Schedule, issue to the registered person a certificate of good standing stating that on the date of its issue —
(a)
the person is a registered person; and
(b)
no disciplinary proceedings have been taken or are pending against him.
