Regulation 4
Application for registration as specialist
Subregulation 1
The form to be used for the purpose of an application for registration as a specialist under the Act is that set out at the Council’s Internet website at http://www.spc.gov.sg, and every such application shall be accompanied by all of the following:
a certificate obtained from the Board under section 37(2) of the Act;
any other information, statement or document required by the Council;
the appropriate fee specified in the Schedule.
Subregulation 2
In deciding whether to impose any condition or restriction under section 18(2)(a) of the Act, the Council shall have regard to the advice of the Board, under section 37(1)(f) of the Act, on any matters affecting, or connected with the registration of, a particular specialist or specialists generally.
