Leave for period of one month or less

A special police officer who is a volunteer enrolled under section 68(1) of the Act requiring leave of absence for a period of one month or less shall apply in writing to the senior officer of the Unit to which the special police officer is attached who may grant or refuse such leave in his or her discretion.
