Quorum
Subregulation 1
At every Annual Meeting or general meeting every member present shall have one vote on every question arising.
Subregulation 2
A quorum for a general meeting of the members shall be 100 members of the Fund.
Subregulation 3
In the event of there being no quorum, the meeting shall be adjourned to the same day in the following week at a place and time to be appointed and should the number then present be insufficient to form a quorum, they shall nevertheless be deemed to have constituted a quorum for that meeting.
