Meetings of Committee
Subregulation 1
The Committee may meet as often as it considers necessary but it shall in any case meet at least once in 3 months.
Subregulation 2
The quorum at a Committee meeting shall be 4 members.
Subregulation 3
All questions arising at a Committee meeting shall be decided by a majority of the members present and voting, and in case of an equality of votes the person presiding at the meeting shall have a second or casting vote.
Subregulation 4
Minutes shall be kept of all proceedings and resolutions passed at meetings of the Committee.
Subregulation 5
If a vacancy occurs in the membership of the Committee —
for any reason other than the due expiry of the term of a member elected by the members of the Fund under rule 36(1)(b), the Committee may co-opt a member of the Fund to fill the vacancy during the remainder of the term; and
for any reason other than the due expiry of the term of a member appointed by the Board under rule 36(1)(a), the Board may appoint one of its members to fill the vacancy during the remainder of the term.
