Committee of Management
Subregulation 1
The Committee shall consist of —
(a)
two persons appointed by the Board;
(b)
two persons elected by members of the Fund;
(c)
the chief executive officer; and
(d)
the Director of Finance of the Board.
Subregulation 2
The Committee shall elect the two persons appointed by the Board as its chairman and deputy chairman.
Subregulation 3
The Director of Finance of the Board shall be the Treasurer of the Committee.
