Powers of authorised officer

An authorised officer may, at any time, for the purposes of these Regulations ––
(a)
give such reasonable directions to any person using the reservoir or waterway as are in his opinion necessary for the safe and proper use of the reservoir or waterway;
(b)
require any vessel to be sent for inspection;
(c)
require and enforce the production of any permit, licence, certificate or document relating to any vessel or person on board the vessel; and
(d)
summon any person before him and require him to answer questions.
