Regulation 43
Transitional provision
Any approval or authorisation given by the Board or an authorised officer under the revoked Public Utilities (Central Water Catchment Area and Catchment Area Parks) Regulations shall, so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of these Regulations, continue and be deemed to have been granted under the corresponding provisions of these Regulations.
