Regulation 41
Offences
Subregulation 1
Any person who contravenes regulation 4, 5, 6 (other than paragraph (h)), 6A, 7, 7A, 11, 11A(1) or (4)(a) or (b), 15(1), 17(1) or (2), 18, 18A, 19(1), 20, 21(2), 23, 24(1), 24A(1) or 24B or any order, requisition or direction made or given under regulation 9, 11A(7), 12, 22(1) or 40 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $3,000.
Subregulation 1A
Any person who contravenes regulation 7B(1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000.
Subregulation 1B
Any person who contravenes a direction given under regulation 7B(4) or (9) or 40A(1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000.
Subregulation 2
Any person who contravenes regulation 6(h) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to —
for a first offence, a fine not exceeding $2,000;
for a second offence, a fine not exceeding $4,000; and
for a third or subsequent offence, a fine not exceeding $10,000.
