Regulation 39
Revocation of permit or approval
Subregulation 1
An authorised officer may revoke or suspend for a period not exceeding 12 months any permit or approval given under these Regulations if the holder of the permit or approval ––
has, in connection with any application by him for the permit or approval or renewal thereof, made any false or fraudulent declaration or representation;
has contravened any of the provisions of the Act or these Regulations; or
has contravened any of the conditions of the permit or approval.
Subregulation 2
Any person aggrieved by a decision of an authorised officer under paragraph (1) may, within 14 days of the revocation or suspension of the permit or approval, appeal in writing to the Board whose decision shall be final.
