Regulation 16A

The Controller may issue a permanent resident’s single-entry pass to a permanent resident of Singapore who seeks to re-enter Singapore without a re-entry permit.

A permanent resident’s single-entry pass authorises the holder of the pass to enter Singapore only once and on the date stated in the pass.
