Regulation 18

If the Controller is satisfied that the holder of a pass issued under regulation 11, 12, 13, 14 or 16 is a prohibited immigrant whose pass has been cancelled under any of these Regulations, all the members of his family and his dependants shall, by virtue of section 8(3)(n) of the Act, be considered to be prohibited immigrants and the passes issued to them under any of those regulations shall be cancelled.

Where a pass issued under these Regulations to any person not being a prohibited immigrant has been cancelled or ceases to be valid, the Controller may cancel any pass that has been issued under these Regulations to the members of the family and dependants of that person.
