Regulation 23
Variation of UA basic training
Subregulation 1
An approved UA basic training organisation may, at any time during the validity of the approval, apply to the Authority to vary the content of the UA basic training conducted by the approved UA basic training organisation.
Subregulation 2
An application to vary the content of the UA basic training must —
be made to the Authority in the form and manner required by the Authority;
be accompanied by the relevant fee specified in the Second Schedule; and
be accompanied by any information and documents as the Authority may require to decide on the application.
Subregulation 3
The Authority may refuse to consider an application to vary the content of the UA basic training that is —
incomplete; or
not made in accordance with paragraph (2).
