Regulation 20
Provision of UA basic training

Subregulation 1
A person must not provide UA basic training unless that person holds a UA basic training organisation approval.
Subregulation 2

A person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence under section 14(3) of the Act.
Subregulation 3
In a prosecution for an offence under paragraph (2), it is not necessary for the prosecution to prove that the person charged with the offence intended to commit the offence.
