Regulation 32
Duties of Authorised Flight Examiner
Subregulation 1
An Authorised Flight Examiner must comply with the conditions stated in the Authorised Flight Examiner authorisation granted to the Authorised Flight Examiner.
Subregulation 2
An Authorised Flight Examiner must immediately surrender the Authorised Flight Examiner authorisation to the Authority if —
the Authorised Flight Examiner relinquishes his or her role as an Authorised Flight Examiner;
the Authorised Flight Examiner is no longer required by the nominating UATO to conduct any proficiency check, test, assessment or evaluation; or
the Authorised Flight Examiner authorisation is cancelled by the Authority.
Subregulation 3
A person who contravenes paragraph (2) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction —
for a first offence, to a fine not exceeding $50,000; and
for a second or subsequent offence, to a fine not exceeding $100,000.
