Regulation 42
Mandatory registration of registrable unmanned aircraft
Subregulation 1
A person must not operate a registrable unmanned aircraft that is not registered in Singapore by the Authority, knowing that, or reckless as to whether, it is not so registered.
Subregulation 2
A person must not cause or permit an individual to operate a registrable unmanned aircraft that is not registered in Singapore by the Authority, knowing that, or reckless as to whether, it is not so registered.
Subregulation 3
A person who contravenes paragraph (1) or (2) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.
