Regulation 43
Registration of registrable unmanned aircraft
Subregulation 1
Only a person who is eligible to be the registered responsible person of a registrable unmanned aircraft may apply to the Authority for registration of the registrable unmanned aircraft.
Subregulation 2
A person is eligible to be the registered responsible person for a registrable unmanned aircraft only if the person is an individual who —
(a)
has attained the requisite minimum age;
(b)
has a valid contact address; and
(c)
has a valid SingPass credential or other authentication credential approved by the Authority.
