Regulation 46

Cancellation of registration

The Authority may cancel the registration of a registrable unmanned aircraft if —

(a)

the Authority is satisfied that the registrable unmanned aircraft —

(i)

is not airworthy;

(ii)

has been destroyed; or

(iii)

has been seized pursuant to the Act or any written law;

(b)

the Authority becomes aware of a circumstance that would have required or permitted the Authority to refuse to register the unmanned aircraft, had it been aware of the circumstance immediately before registering the unmanned aircraft; or

(c)

the registered responsible person for the registrable unmanned aircraft applies for the registration of the unmanned aircraft to be cancelled.
