Regulation 14

Convening of Disciplinary Tribunal hearing

Subregulation 1

Unless the Disciplinary Tribunal otherwise orders, the Disciplinary Tribunal hearing shall be convened within 4 months after the date the Disciplinary Tribunal is appointed.

Subregulation 2

The Secretary shall notify the parties of the date or dates fixed for the Disciplinary Tribunal hearing by serving a notice of the hearing in Form 4.
