Regulation 26

Subject to these Rules, the Disciplinary Tribunal shall have power to regulate its own proceedings, and in doing so, the Disciplinary Tribunal shall have regard to the practice and procedure of the courts.

Where a Disciplinary Tribunal has been appointed under section 90(2), or under section 90(2) read with section 82B(3) or (4), in connection with 2 or more matters involving the same respondent, the Disciplinary Tribunal may hear the matters at the same time or one immediately after another.
