Regulation 16

If the respondent fails to appear at the Disciplinary Tribunal hearing, the Disciplinary Tribunal may, upon proof of service on the respondent of the notice of the hearing in Form 4, proceed to hear and determine the Disciplinary Tribunal proceedings in his absence.
