Regulation 20

Failure to comply with directions or orders

If any party fails to comply with —

(a)

any of the directions contained in these Rules; or

(b)

any order made or direction given by the Disciplinary Tribunal,the Disciplinary Tribunal may, in its discretion, draw such inferences from the failure as it considers appropriate.
