Regulation 27

Notwithstanding the revocation of the Legal Profession (Disciplinary Committee Proceedings) Rules (R 2, 2003 Ed.), the revoked Rules shall continue to apply to any proceedings before any Disciplinary Committee appointed by the Chief Justice before 1st December 2008 as if those Rules had not been revoked.
