Application of Evidence Act
Subregulation 1
The Evidence Act (Cap. 97) shall apply to proceedings before the Disciplinary Tribunal in the same manner as it applies to civil and criminal proceedings.
Subregulation 2
The Disciplinary Tribunal may, in its discretion, accept as conclusive a finding of fact of a court of competent jurisdiction in Singapore to which proceedings the respondent was a party.
