Regulation 11

Powers of search and inspection

For the purposes of these Regulations, an officer of the Bureau, a police officer or an officer of customs may —

(a)

enter, inspect and search any place or premises occupied by a person to whom a permit has been issued;

(b)

require the production of any register, record, book or other document relating to dealings in a controlled substance;

(c)

inspect any such register, record, book or other document; and

(d)

inspect any stocks of any controlled substance in the possession of such person.
