Use of premises for purposes of manufacture or trade of controlled substances

Any person involved in the manufacture or placing on the market of any controlled substance who —
(a)
has been using any premises for the manufacture or trade of the controlled substance before 8th June 1999; or
(b)
uses any premises for the manufacture or trade of the controlled substance after 8th June 1999,shall register with the Director the address of the premises from which he manufactures or trades in such controlled substance and shall in the event of a change of address notify the Director in writing within 14 days after any such change.
