53. Labelling of bakery products
Feedback & supportNo bakery product containing non-wheaten flour shall be labelled as bread unless it is labelled with a statement containing the names of the flour used in its preparation listed in descending order as proportions of the total flour used.
No bakery product shall be labelled as wholemeal bread unless the words “wholemeal bread” is qualified immediately by words indicating the per cent of wholemeal flour used.
Subregulation 1
