Prohibition on smoking
Subregulation 1
Where any work is carried out in a shipyard or on board a ship in a harbour, it shall be the duty of the responsible person to ensure that no person smokes in any place other than a designated smoking area.
Subregulation 2
It shall be the duty of any person in a shipyard or on board a ship in a harbour not to smoke in any place other than a designated smoking area.
