Slipping hazards
Where any work is carried out by any person in a shipyard or on board a ship in a harbour, it shall be the duty of the responsible person to ensure that any passageway, scaffold, platform or other elevated working surface to be used by the person carrying out the work is kept free from slipping hazard.
