Emergency exits
Subregulation 1
Where any work is carried out on board a ship in a shipyard or in a harbour, it shall be the duty of the responsible person to ensure that every person reporting for work on board the ship is given a briefing by his supervisor on the safe conduct of work and the means of escape and exits in the area of his work.
Subregulation 2
It shall be the duty of the supervisor to ensure that the briefings are properly conducted.
