51. Emergency exits
Feedback & supportWhere any work is carried out on board a ship in a shipyard or in a harbour, it shall be the duty of the responsible person to ensure that every person reporting for work on board the ship is given a briefing by his supervisor on the safe conduct of work and the means of escape and exits in the area of his work.
It shall be the duty of the supervisor to ensure that the briefings are properly conducted.
Subregulation 1
