44. Prevention of accidental closure of hatch
Feedback & supportWhere any work is carried out in a shipyard or on board a ship in a harbour, it shall be the duty of the responsible person to ensure that if any cover of a hatch opening is in the open position, effective means is provided to prevent accidental closure of the cover.
