Regulation 9
Notification of work carried out on board ship in harbour
Subregulation 1
Where any work referred to in regulation 3 is to be carried out on board a ship in a harbour, it shall be the duty of the master, owner or agent of the ship to notify the Commissioner of such work 3 days prior to the commencement.
Subregulation 2
For the purpose of paragraph (1), the Commissioner may devise and use such forms as he may consider necessary.
