15. Duties of secretary
Feedback & supportThe secretary of the vessel safety co-ordination committee shall have the following duties:
to make and keep a record of all matters discussed and decisions made at each meeting of the vessel safety co-ordination committee and extend a copy of such record to every member of the committee;
to keep a copy of every permit issued under these Regulations; and
to update the permit co-ordination notice board.

Subregulation 1
The secretary of the vessel safety co-ordination committee shall have the following duties:
