Formal assessment report

Subregulation 1
For the purpose of obtaining a formal assessment report under section 13B(3)(b) of the Act, the court may make an order under section 13B(7) of the Act in the appropriate Form or Form 16, as the case may be.

The formal assessment report may be disclosed to the applicant for the mandatory treatment order (if any) only if the applicant —
(a)
applies for permission to appeal against the refusal to make the mandatory treatment order applied for; and
(b)
gives an undertaking to pay damages in the event of improper use or disclosure of the report, as the court may require.
