Regulation 52
Satellite Communication Station Licence
The Authority may grant the following classes of Satellite Communication Station Licences to enable the licensee to transmit, receive or transmit and receive messages by means of satellite communication for such purposes as may be authorised by the Authority:
(a)
Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) Licence;
(b)
Tracking, Telemetry and Command (TT&C) Earth Station Licence;
(c)
Earth Station Licence; and
(d)
Portable Satellite Communication Terminal Licence.
