Modification of conditions
Subject to section 7 of the Act, where the Authority modifies all or any of the conditions upon which a station (spectrum) licence, network (spectrum) licence, station licence or network licence is granted or imposes any additional conditions, the licensee shall, at its own expense, comply with the modified or additional conditions.
