Cancellation of Ship Station Licence or Aircraft Station Licence

Subregulation 1
The Authority may, by notice in writing, cancel —
(a)
a Ship Station Licence granted in respect of a ship where the licensee has contravened the condition specified in regulation 30(2); or
(b)
an Aircraft Station Licence granted in respect of a station on an aircraft where the licensee has contravened the condition specified in regulation 34(2).

Where a Ship Station Licence or an Aircraft Station Licence is cancelled under paragraph (1), no fee or part thereof shall be refunded by the Authority in respect of the unexpired period of the licence.
