Special Purpose Station Licence
Subregulation 1
The Authority may grant a Special Purpose Station Licence for the installation and operation of any special purpose station.
Subregulation 2
For the purposes of paragraph (1), a “special purpose station” is a station not otherwise defined in these Regulations that is established exclusively for such purpose and upon such conditions as the Authority may specify.
